Coconut mussels with lemongrass (Chem chép xào dừa)

(1~2 portions)

1 lb mussels
½ cup coconut milk
1 lemongrass stalk, thinly sliced
4~5 Kaffir lime leaves, chopped
½ inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled
1 shallot, peeled, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, peeled, minced
Red chili (optional)
A pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp cooking oil

1 khúc sả, thái lát mỏng
4~5 lá chanh, cắt sợi
½ inch khúc gừng, gọt vỏ, thái mỏng

1 tép tỏi, lột vỏ, băm nhỏ
Ớt (nếu thích)
Tí xíu muối
Tiêu
1 tsp muỗng cà phê dầu
